[FRA:] Was Franz Neumann a KBG agent?

Dear all,

I am wondering if anyone on here knows about the claim that Franz Neumann
was a KGB agent during his time working in the US gov't (OSS and perhaps
later with State), codenamed "Ruff" apparently.  The Venona papers cited in
Franz's Wikipedia page

have the details, but I am unaware of them.
