[Foxtrot] PWF Scripts

Scripts for running the foxtrot programs (all 4) on PWF linux boxes are
now in /group/CST1b/foxtrot/ on thor, named pwf_cli_server.sh,
pwf_gui_client.sh, etc. All have instructions for use at the top; this
involves a lot of copying stuff around between thor and pwf with scp, but
should otherwise be pretty easy step-by-step stuff. Please try and see
what happens!

PS Much of the stuff in the instructions only needs to be done
once; e.g. when you've got the server running on a pwf, to get the client
running on the same machine you should have to just scp the script across
and run it.
