[Cst-1b] Exam Structure

Dear Moritz

According to what I know, ECAD is a different course from previous years
(Part 2 1996-98). There is no ECAD in any of the exam papers in 1999. For
Part 1b this year, there will be one question in ECAD in Paper 4, and 3
questions in Computer Design one in each of the
following :- Paper 3, 5 and 6.
