[FRA:] Benjamin quote - 'Democratization of art'

Dear all,

a quick question from my hand.

Does Benjamin anywhere actually use the term 'democratization of art' in his
discussion of the fate of art in the age of mechanical reproduction? If so
could you supply a reference to the text etc? If not - does anyone know who
originally coined that phrase and the most authoritative rendering of his
argument?
