Identifying racial characteristics tends to raise red flags. The
language sounds as if the psychology is inborn rather than the result of
specific social forces. I believe you about your intent, though.
What's really interesting is that Pat Buchanan, of all people, made a
similar argument about Israeli influences upon the current
administration and the charges that this criticism was anti-semitic:
