Ya, talk about shooting the messenger; a demonstration -- for the
umpteenth time -- of the sterility and pomposity  of the academic mind
(let's not forget that this all wasn't an issue until somebody 'sniffed'
that their inbox was filling up with this one-a-day, rather innocuous
trash/SPAM); and not to mention the obvious point which is totally lost
on them: *that it is the TRUE obscenity of THESE monsters which is being
parodied*, in a form which can make us laff thru clenched teeth; and
even inform us.

One of the things I am trying to get across is my absolute certainty
that these same people will be 'sniffing' that the _barricades_ will be
infantile expressions of totalizing structuralism, or somesuch (sorry --
don't speak much 'Post-Modern').
