Horkheimer's Grossmann critique

I think Horkheimer's critique of Grossman is published in Max Horkheimer,
Gesammelte Schriften, Band 17 or 18; I don't have them with me here at
UCLA; its a pretty detailed critique which Marcuse indeed admired, as
