A warning: the organization behind this conference is the cult-like New
Alliance Party, a very weird formation that has gone from Freudo-Marxism
(centered around founding genius Fred Newman) to a strange alliance with
Ross Perot in something called the Independence Party. Their theory is that
the inner city poor and the disaffected suburban middle class will unite to
form the nucleus of a revolutionary force in the United States. I'm not
making this up.
