We have sent your Direct Debit Instruction to your bank and in several days your bank should approve your instruction.

To set up bank funding, log in to PayPal and click ‘Set up bank funding’ on the Account Overview page.

How to set up Direct Debit
 

Please note that PayPal will only debit your account when you explicitly request this service, i.e., when you send an Instant Bank Transfer, an eCheque or Add Funds to your PayPal account. The debit will occur three working days after you initiate the transaction.


Direct Debit Guarantee: 

The Direct Debit Guarantee- The Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.
- If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, JPMC Re: PayPal Pte. Ltd. will notify you three working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
- If an error is made by JPMC Re: PayPal Pte. Ltd. or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
- You can cancel Bank Funding at any time by writing your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
