[Nomic] Three proposals

I agree to all three of these rules, and modify my complete annihilation
proposal to read as follows:
"Should thirteen paradoxes be discovered to
exist simultaneously, the nomic game ends, and the voters must lament
having destroyed the universe by trying to be too clever."
