Are we recording names and email addresses, if people want to give them?
if not I'll take the box off the form entirely. I think we should - like
I said on the form, people don't have to fill it out.=20

Along with that, we need a short bit about DPA stuff, and what we are
using the data for, how long its kept etc. I'll write one shortly, but
do check its OK.
