I've gone through the web servey, made a bit more tidy, and have a
somewhat non-technical version. Both are linked off the wiki, and for
convenience the direct links are here:

Can I have comments please, I think all that we mentioned in the meeting
is in there, except I haven't actually separated the 'opinion' questions
from 'fact' very much - they fit where they were, and we can divide them
up when analysing results. As far as that goes, as soon as I change a
symlink, and setup the tables in mysql, it will log to a completely flat
database - one row/person, one column/question. Is this OK, or should it
be changed to a different format, to make analysing results easier?
