[Foxtrot] updating foxtrot.jar on marvin

1. Run group/CST1b/foxtrot/makeJar.sh (do source makeJar.sh) which will
put the new jar file into your home directory.

2. ftp into marvin.chu and upload it (make sure you use binary).
   alternatively use rcp or scp to copy it to /home/foxtrot/

3. Log into marvin and run /home/foxtrot/updatezip.sh

That's it.
