[Foxtrot] Manual

OK, I've checked in files MPQS.tex and MillerRabin.tex into doc/manual .
(describing MPQS and Miller-Rabin respectively)
Idriss, please include them in the manual. Ignore the titles etc., just
copy-paste the relevant sections.

P.S. The GUI does work (doesn't it?) it is just slow in certain
environments.
