[Foxtrot] Bug fix / note for manual

Hi All,

I've just fixed a bug (well, problem) with the GUIs, such that when
messages get added to the bottom of the list box, it now scrolls down to
show them. If you want to prevent it doing this, you have to start
dragging the scroll bar up or down; it won't scroll to the bottom while
you have your mouse button held down.

Also I've fixed the bug about the scroll bars appearing/disappearing all
the time, they are now constantly visible.

(I'm emailing the list here because no bug reports had been submitted, but
I thought the first point at least might be worth a mention in the manual)
