[foxtrot] changes to successfulresult

Erm....well, I hoped it would too :-)

In order to store multiple factors in SuccessfulResult, I had to change
the internal representation into an array. I kept the original constructor
to avoid breaking Mike's code, and rewrote ServerImpl myself. But methinks
rewriting the testing code is inevitable - even if I kept the
getFactor1() and getFactor2() methods, any code calling those methods
would have to check for the number of factors first anyway :-(
