[Foxtrot] MPQS non-square matrices

Hi guys,

I've had a reply from Dr Anderson and he referred me to Paul Leyland at
Microsoft research. Have written to him as well so keep your fingers
crossed for a quick and easy reply :-).

The MPQSJob is now set up to retain multiple results until it obtains a
factorisation.
