[Foxtrot] CVS Online

Hi guys,

I've put the CVS repository online, it's on my SRCF account accessible
via thor/group/CST1b/group/foxtrot . At the moment, it's being updated
hourly via crontab - if anyone knows a better way to do it please let me
know.
