[Foxtrot] meeting minutes + stuff

Hi guys,

A draft of the minutes of today's meeting is available in doc/minutes
(on CVS).
Please correct any mistakes/omissions. Especially with regards to what
everyone ordered cause I didn't write that down :-).

I need to update my timesheet so this is probably a good time to remind
everyone to do just that (if you haven't already).

The next group meeting. I think Monday is too late as we have a review
meeting next week. Can everyone make Friday after lectures?

Lots to say but I can't remember at this point in time. Apart from that
I'll be contacting individual people to find out how things are going
before the next meeting. This way we can discuss any corrections to the
timeplan then.

Al, I hope you managed to get your supervision work done in time! I am
just about to do some myself (unfortunately).
