hello all, 
i've just mailed Dr Anderson to tell him that we hadn't been informed of
the decision to cancel the meeting and that some of the team cannot make
monday (1600hrs).

For better, or worse, its been sent,

I for one will be interested in the reply  :)

Dear Dr Anderson,
My team and I have just tried to attend our first review meeting scheduled
for 1600hrs.  After ten minutes of waiting for you, we asked Lise Gough
whether the meeting had been rescheduled to a different location.  We were
informed that you are absent due to illness and that the meeting had been
rescheduled for Monday 5 February at 1600hrs.  None of the members of Team
Foxtrot had been informed of this decision/event.  At least one of the team
will have a supervision at that time and is therefore unable to attend.

Please could you inform us how best to proceed.
