[CUCA] Reminders: Elections and Garden Party

Dear all,

Nominations for elections close at 10pm tonight. All nomination forms
must reach the Returning Officers by that time. Full details at the end
of this email.

Tickets are still available for the Garden Party - £12 for members, £15 
for non members, with plenty of Vintage Champagne! Details are on the 
website.

The returning officers are Mike Morley (Chairman, Trinity College) and
Bethany Salehy (Chairman, Easter Term 2007, Selwyn College) - we can be
contacted on mjm80 and bs340.

Per section 5.4 of the Constitution, any member is elegible for election
to Committee if he has been to at least three meetings this term and has
not been elected to the Committee more than twice.

Under section 5.5 for your nomination to be valid, you must be a member
of the Conservative Party (and no other) and must be in statu pupillari
in Michaelmas 2008.

Per section 5.6, in addition to the above requirements, anyone standing
for Executive must have served on the Committee or Executive in either
Lent or Easter this year, and have been to at least two Campaign sessions.

Candidates' attention is drawn to the list of malpractices in Section 5.14.

Election:
    2.30pm-5.30pm, Friday 13th June.
