[CST-2] Comp Sys Modelling

Service Requirement = amount of time taken for a single process per
device
Service Demand = amount of time taken for a complete transaction per
device

D = VS - as a full transaction may require V number of visits to that
device and hence V times the single process time - if V is 1 then the
two are equal.
