Hi,
 Anyone want to exhaustively summarize the whole issue of "What
criteria do you use to decide on Simulation vs Queueing vs Operational
Analysis" that seems to come up alot?

 1996/8/3 - It asks what the necessary condition for stability of the
system is. Isnt this an M/M/m/m loss system like the one in the notes?
In which case there should always be an equlibrium whatever the
arrival/departure rates are?

 1997/8/3 - I cant even figure out how to formulate this as a markov
chain. :( Anyone bored enough to sketch the general idea of a
solution?
