[CST-2] Comparative Architectures

I think that "Conditional Move" is an example of "Predicated Execution" 
(of any instruction). Some processors (ARM, IA-64) can predicate *any* 
instruction; others only have the CMOV instruction that is a predicated 
move -- all other instructions cannot be predicated. I *think* the VAX 
is an example of the latter, but I may be wrong...
