[CST-2] Advanced algorithms lecture notes?

On a related note, we all know by now that the Arithmetic stuff isn't in the
little yellow book, but some of the multiplication stuff deviates
significantly
from what is covered in Knuth Vol. 2.  I did take lectures notes (exact
transcription
of what he wrote on the overhead), but to be honest I can't make head nor
tail of
them now (although I'm sure I understood it at the time).  Has anyone found
a
good reference (online or otherwise) that covers this part of the course in
the
AC Norman style?
