Unfortunately I don't think Chinanet will act to such spams.  They are the
biggest and sole ISP that owns the fibres going out of China, and they are
too bureaucratic usually.  I suspect this is actually somebody in the US
abusing the btamail.net.cn to send out spams and pretend the source is in
China.
