[CST-2] HCI: Hick's Law & visual search

Hi,

I was going through the HCI notes and I've pencilled down from the lectures
that finding a letter in a list of N letters takes kN time. But surely this
contradicts what's said in Hick's Law? Have I missed something, or have I
just written down the wrong thing?
