[CST-2] additional topics

Does anyone have decent notes for the GPS? The URL that he gave is crappy -
it only goes into half of what he talked about, and is so stuffed full of
acronyms that its a real pain to follow. I would be inclined to say that
they shouldn't examine something they didn't produce *any* notes for, but
I'm sure it wouldn't stop them.
