Caving membership and insurance renewal

Hi
The new year is fast approaching and with it the need to renew our 
insurance policy. As ever this is not completely straight forward so try 
to pay attention.
There are a number of categories you can fall into, each requiring 
different action.

  * You are a new member this year and have paid £20 to cover you till
    this time next year - you don't have to do anything.
  * You are a new member of the club but have yet to pay for membership
    and insurance.
  * You are a current member of the club and must renew your membership
    and insurance.
  * You require membership but have insurance with another club.
  * You no longer require membership as you're leaving the club.

Below are lists of people I believe to be in each category.

*In order to renew simply transfer payment (bank details below) and 
email me to let me know what you've paid for.*
Please aim to do this by *Sunday 22nd December*.
At which point I will check to see who has paidand renew the insurance 
policy for these people (any debts you have with the club must also be 
cleared, equally if you have credit with the club you can use this). The 
costs are summarised in the table, basically everyone must pay for 
membership, however if you have BCA insurance with another club then you 
don't need to pay for it twice.*In order to go caving with the club you 
must have paid for membership and have BCA insurance.*
