Dear cavers,
As advertised on the Club calendar, there will be rope training at
Queens' College stage tomorrow (Tuesday) 7-9pm. It's free, gear is
provided and you can come at any point.
You will learn and practice techniques which come very useful for
caving trips to Yorkshire (as this weekend and next term), France in
Easter, and to other beautiful caves with vertical passages.
You will get much more fun out of caving if you are comfortable with
single rope technique (SRT) - it's nothing complicated but it is
essential to practice in a safe environment first.
The entrance to the stage is by the red marker:

Needless to say, we'll head to the Mill after training (9pm-ish).
Best wishes,
Bela
